1.Design process:
(1)The steel stadium roof adopts space grid structure.It is recommended that the structural importance coefficient must be amplified according to the requirements of use and the natural disasters that may be encountered in the area.
(2)The strength of the components should be considered more safer,the loads such as hanging lamp and other hanging loads that may appear in possible places in the future should be paid attention to.
(3)The wind load,snow load,the degree of earthquake(the maxinium in the past 50 years in noraml )should be considered when design.Ensure the safety of the Stadium from the design source!
(4)More than 100 senior engineers will provide professional support by PKPM,Tekla,3D3S,Auto CAD,SketchUp etc.
2.Production process
For such steel structure,high accuracy is damanded.All-round factory quality control of materials, processing, and welding must be carried out to ensure the quality of the components.
The most skilled workers will participate in the full manufacture ,on the other hand,the advanced equipments contribute to it.
3.Installation process
The quality of installation is related to the safety of future. For such large stadiums,It is recommend that our skilled Chinese workers go to the site to complete the construction. During the installation, skilled workers must be directed by experienced on-site technicians to install. What’s more,theodolite,electronic level and other precision instruments will be applied to the whole process of installation.After installation, we will check to eliminate possible hidden dangers and ensure safety before use.
