Using H section steel as beam&column, C purlin as secondary structure, fiberglass wool with steel sheet composited at site to meet the requirements of low cost and good heat insulation.
Usually, the main frame of poultry building will be hot-galvanized H section steel & square tube to avoid corrosion, secondary structure is galvanized C purlin, round steel bracing to strengthen the whole structure.
Roof and wall cladding are normally used 0.5mm or 0.6mm steel sheeting for 2 side with fiberglass wool blanket as core, composite at site, which is not only cost saving, but also better for poultry house inside environment as it will be easy to clear and good for the ventilation.
The wall cladding will be also according to local climate. If the weather is suitable during the whole year, the wall can be steel wire mesh with curtain, price will be less.
